1. Regularly replace the lubricating grease of the wheel axle bearings. The bearings must be cleaned every 3 months and the No. 3 calcium based grease replaced. Add 65-80% of the oil storage cavity.

2. The mining car is regularly inspected every three months.

3. During the assembly of the wheel axle, it is not allowed to use a large hammer to strike it arbitrarily, and it should be pressed in mechanically without impact.

4. When the mining truck is not in use, it is usually stored outdoors. Regular inspections should be conducted on mining cars that have been stored for a long time.
