Precautions for using MGC3.3-9 fixed mining car

1. During use, the load on the mining car must not exceed the specified value.

2. Do not operate when the connecting device malfunctions.

3. The chassis rigidly collides with the axle during vibration, and it is prohibited to use it when there is a malfunction between the chassis and the wheelset to avoid damaging the axle.

4. If severe corrosion or deformation is found on the surface of the pin or three ring chain, they should be scrapped.

5. Prohibit mining cars from coming into contact with each other when they first meet.

6. When the mining car track deforms, it should be adjusted in a timely manner, otherwise the mining wheel is vulnerable and prone to jumping during transportation.
